Serviceable Areas
Currently, we offer shipping only within India. Orders requiring delivery beyond Indian borders cannot be processed at this time.
Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After dispatch, an email confirmation will be sent with shipment details and other relevant information.
Estimated Delivery Duration
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details, recipient absence, or package refusal, the delivery partner will make up to three attempts. After repeated failures, the package will be returned to us. Re-dispatch can be arranged, subject to additional shipping costs.
Damaged or Undelivered Packages
Damaged Orders : If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving it. Attach clear photos of the damage to speed up the resolution.
Missing Deliveries : If your order does not arrive, we’ll coordinate with our courier partner to either resend the item or initiate a refund, based on the final outcome.
