How to Cancel Your Order  

Log in to your inspirecartz account.     

Navigate to the 'Orders' tab.     

Choose the order you'd like to cancel and select the ‘Cancel’ button.     

Complete the prompts to finalize your cancellation request.

Refund After Cancellation  

If your cancellation is approved, the refund will be returned to the same payment method used for the purchase.     

Refunds are usually issued within 5 to 7 working days. A confirmation email will be sent once it’s been processed.     

If you don’t receive your refund within that timeframe, our support team is here to help you sort it out.     


Non-Cancellable Orders  

  • Shipped orders are final and cannot be canceled.
